After I returned four sets of uniforms from two different purchases to the Mandal Group, I only received reimbursement for one. I have been sending messages, including the receipt number and a picture of the receipt, but I have not received any responses from them.
They have all four pairs of uniforms that I purchased. It's very unfair. I am still waiting for my $78 and change from Mandal Scrubs. There's no contact number to reach out to customer service.
For businesses in America, it is unusual not to have a customer service number. The only way to communicate is through email, which no one responds to.
That's unfair and feels like a scam. I am still waiting for my $78 and change.

I received my order there was an under scrub top on the order and not my pants I ordered, I reached out via email, ONE response of the same question several times. Submitted the SAME answer with the SAME pictures.
Now Im being ignored! There is no phone number to even call them! Ive spent well over $500 on this company.
Ive reached out and all social media platforms also and still ignored! I just want the $30 pants I ordered, not the $16 top they tossed in the package because theyre lazy!
Even opened a better business bureau complaint against them AND a dispute with my card company for the amount of the item they are refusing to give me that I paid for!
I want my scrub pants to match the scrub top NOT THE DAMN UNDERSCRUB that isnt even a size in my order anyway!
Pictures either tag is the item I didnt receive! Sangria pants is what they are refusing to send me!!!
This isnt the first time Ive had an issue but Im fed up now
Run and run fast, take the business elsewhere!

Hi, I placed this order on Friday for 2 XS pairs of scrubs. When I went to pay, I had my current address, where I now reside, as the shipping address for my package.
However, when I added my card, the address changed to a previous address where I no longer reside or have any access to. I've already reached out to customer service and spoke to someone, but they were of no help. All they told me was to contact the carrier and they should be able to handle it from there as Mandala cannot change the shipping address. I tried to change the shipping address today via the carrier, and it was not giving me the option to do so.
Instead, they suggested that I reach out to the sender and ask for their help. If you could please help me resolve this, it would be greatly appreciated. I've ordered from this website before and I love your scrubs and the speed of your shipping. However, I made a mistake and I'm trying to fix it before it delivers to the wrong address.
If someone could please help me resolve this, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Not good service
Omg i just read a review they said it says delivered but it wasnt delivered. Same happened to me today I got an email says delivered I check at the front door theres nothing i checked the Mailbox theres nothing and tired to find a customer service phone number so i can call and claim my refund but theres nothing I wish i read the customer service before i placed and order. Terrible still waiting for my package and not sure wheres at I was excited to wear my new scrubs to go work but its disappointing!

Never buying Mandala again!

Trying to cancel my scrub order
I need to cancel my order for scrubs but there is not a phone number anywhere. I sent a message to Mandala and have to heard anything from them and now my scrubs have shipped! I don't want to have to pay for shipping back a return.

I have ordered 6 pairs of scrubs however to tops were missing on the delivery. I did make a complaint through their email but I only got an automated response. Its been 5 days already and they havent looked into it.
